1. MiCA

Our social accounts, including our X account, may contain marketing communication about crypto-assets. Crypto-asset marketing communications made by idOS, including from this account:

• Have not been reviewed or approved by any EU competent authority.
• Are the sole responsibility of idOS Association.
• Must be read together with the IDOS Token MiCA White Paper, available here.

2. Restrictions

Restricted Jurisdictions: Participation in the idOS Community Sale, Airdrops, Points program, Third-Party Campaigns, Referral Programs, or use of the App is not permitted for persons who are citizens, residents, or located in any Restricted Jurisdiction as defined in the Community Sale T&Cs and User Agreement.

United Kingdom: All communications made by idOS referring to IDOS Tokens or the idOS Community Sale are intended only for persons who are NOT located in the United Kingdom. Persons in the UK shall not act upon or rely on any such communications. Persons in the UK are also not permitted to participate in the idOS Community Sale.

If participation would be unlawful or illegal in your jurisdiction, you must not engage in any of these activities.

Participation in token-related activities may be subject to due diligence checks, including AML/KYC verification, as defined in the Community Sale T&Cs and User Agreement and any specific rules or other terms and conditions published by idOS. idOS may refuse participation or distribution accordingly.

3. Community Sale

The idOS Community Sale is governed by the Community Sale T&Cs.

• The IDOS Token does not grant equity, ownership, profit rights, or any investment-type claims.
• The Community Sale is not available to persons in Restricted Jurisdictions, including the United Kingdom.
• Participation involves significant risk, including the potential loss of all funds.
• No guarantee of token functionality, network deployment, or future utility is provided.
• All purchases are final except as required under MiCA.
• The sale requires successful completion of KYC/AML checks.

Nothing on this page or account should be interpreted as investment advice, financial promotion, a recommendation to purchase tokens.

4. Airdrop

Airdrops are discretionary programs governed by the User Agreement and any specific Airdrop rules or other terms and conditions published by idOS.

• Participation is voluntary, and eligibility does not guarantee receipt of tokens.
• Airdrops may be amended, suspended, or cancelled at any time.
• Token distribution may depend on multiple factors.
• Airdropped tokens may carry technical, regulatory, smart-contract, and custodial risks, potentially resulting in total loss.
• Receipt or holding of tokens does not constitute an investment nor indicate future value or utility.

Participants must make their own independent legal, tax, and financial assessments before participating.

5. Points Program

As described in the User Agreement:

• Points have no monetary or cash value, cannot be traded, bought, sold, traded, transferred, redeemed, or exchanged, in any form.
• Points do not entitle users to any asset, cash, token (including IDOS), goods, services, right, or benefit.
• Points serve only as a social reputation and engagement indicator.
• The program may be changed or discontinued at any time.

6. Third-Party Campaigns

• Leaderboard positions and Mindshare carry no monetary/cash or exchange value, cannot be traded, redeemed, transferred or exchanged, in any form and confer no rights to receive any tokens (including IDOS), goods, services, assets, access, or future benefits.
• They are operated by third-party platforms, whose terms may also apply.
• Leaderboard positions and Mindshare are purely social engagement metrics and should not be interpreted as a reward mechanism.
• The program may be altered or discontinued at any time.

7. General

• No content from this account should be treated as investment, legal, financial, or tax advice.
• Past valuations, references to pricing, or comparisons in communications (if any) are not a projection of future value and must not be relied upon as such.
• All posts, likes, reposts, and follows from idOS accounts are for information or engagement only and do not imply endorsement.
• Information may contain errors or become outdated; no warranty is made regarding accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any purpose.
• Nothing here constitutes an offer to buy or sell any financial instrument or security.

8. Referral Programs

idOS may offer optional Referral Programs, which are fully voluntary.

• Participation in Referral Programs does not create any employment, partnership, agency, fiduciary, or representative relationship with idOS.
• Referral Program participation may be considered as one of the eligibility factors when assessing eligibility for Airdrops, but it never guarantees token allocation.
• Individuals taking part in Referral Programs do so at their own discretion and risk.

Referrers must ensure that any content they share:

1. is accurate, fair, and not misleading;
2. avoids any statements implying token value, appreciation, guarantees, or investment characteristics;
3. does not constitute investment advice or financial promotion;
4. complies with all applicable laws, including advertising, consumer-protection, and financial-services regulations;
5. does not harm, misrepresent, or negatively affect idOS, the idOS Association, or the ecosystem.

idOS:

• does not review, approve, or endorse content shared by Referrers;
• disclaims responsibility for third-party statements or promotional activity;
• is not liable for losses or claims arising from Referrer communications; and
• may, at any time, modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue Referral Programs.

Violation of Referral Program obligations may result in exclusion from the Referral Program.
